Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 22, 2026
This policy describes how DSDigital (also displayed as ds.digital or DSDigitalService) handles information when you visit the website, create an account, contact support, or place an order. We operate from Cambodia.
1. Information we handle
- Account information: information used for authentication and account management, such as your email address, username, name, profile image, and sign-in state.
- Checkout information: the name, email address, and phone number you provide, along with selected products, order amount, transaction reference, and payment status.
- Support messages: information you choose to include when contacting us by email or Telegram.
- Technical information: basic browser and device information used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website.
2. Google sign-in and Google user data
If you choose Continue with Google, Google authenticates your account and shares the account identifiers and basic profile information you authorize, such as your email address, name, and profile picture. We use Clerk to manage this sign-in process and store your account profile. We use this information to identify you, maintain your signed-in session, display your profile, and prefill your name and email at checkout. You can edit the checkout details before submitting an order.
Google sign-in does not give DSDigital your Google password. Our sign-in feature does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, or Google contacts. Google profile information used in an order, such as your name and email, is processed with the order as described below, including in payment requests and Telegram order notifications.
You can review or revoke DSDigital's Google connection in your Google Account connections. Revoking Google access does not by itself delete your DSDigital account or existing order information. You can delete your account from your profile or contact us to request deletion of other personal information.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- create and manage accounts and authenticate users;
- prepare orders, process payments, verify payment status, and deliver products;
- send order status and support communications;
- detect invalid requests, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems; and
- meet applicable legal and accounting obligations.
4. Service providers and sharing
We share only information needed to operate the relevant service with providers involved in your use of the website. These may include Clerk for account authentication; ABA PayWay and Bakong-related payment services for checkout and payment verification; and Telegram when configured to send order notifications to our support operator. Payment providers receive the details required to process or verify your transaction. We do not ask you to send payment passwords or one-time banking codes to us.
When we validate an email domain for checkout, a DNS lookup may be made to check that the domain can receive email. We do not intentionally sell personal information. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users, the service, or our rights.
5. Cookies and browser storage
The site uses essential browser storage to provide its features. Clerk may use cookies to maintain authentication. We use a preference cookie to remember your selected language, browser local storage for your cart and theme preference, session storage for a recent payment reference, and a protected order cookie retained for up to 24 hours where needed to verify payment and display order status. Clearing browser storage may remove saved preferences or cart contents and may sign you out.
6. Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide accounts, fulfill and support orders, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods may differ between DSDigitalService and the service providers listed above. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your choices and requests
You can update certain account details in your profile or ask us to access, correct, or delete information associated with your account or order, subject to identity checks and applicable legal obligations. Contact [email protected] to make a request. You can also manage cookies and browser storage through your browser settings.
8. Children and international processing
The website is not intended for children who are not legally able to make purchases. Our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live, subject to their applicable safeguards and policies.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when our practices or legal requirements change. The updated date above identifies the latest version. For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected] or message Telegram support.
